** Definition of a Professional Arts Company/Collective: for the purposes of this database it means that you pay your workers either by honorarium, profit-share or through CAEA, IATSE, UdA, ACTRA, salary or another professional organizational agreement. Or if your collective is composed of professional artists.(ie: Professional arts company means that you are committed to paying artists for the work you present.)
